SpotCast is a geolocated audio story platform that provides location-based audio content. The service uses GPS technology to deliver relevant stories based on the user's geographic proximity to points of interest.

3. Use of Location Data

SpotCast requires access to your location to function properly. By using our application, you consent to the use of your location data solely for:

  • Determining your proximity to available audio stories
  • Providing location-relevant content recommendations
  • Improving the accuracy of our geolocation services

4. Intellectual Property

All audio content, texts, images, logos, and other materials on SpotCast are the intellectual property of SpotCast or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our audio stories, SpotCast does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Audio stories are created for educational and entertainment purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpotCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of SpotCast but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Modifications

SpotCast reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cantabria, Spain.
